Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- ✓ Submit documents within requested timelines
- ✓ Respond to queries promptly
- ✓ Make payments as per agreed schedule
- ✓ Review documents and provide confirmation
⚠️ Delays in document submission may affect service delivery timelines
Payment Terms
- ✓ Advance Payment: 50-100% advance required based on service
- ✓ Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, card, Paytm, net banking
- ✓ GST: 18% GST applicable on all services
- ✓ Government Fees: Payable in addition to service fees
- ✓ Invoices: Generated within 24 hours of payment

Service Delivery
- ✓ Timelines: Indicative timelines shared at start
- ✓ Communication: Updates via email/WhatsApp
- ✓ Revisions: One round of revision included
- ✓ Delivery: Documents sent via email
- ✓ Support: Post-delivery support for 30 days

Service Obligations

Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we follow a structured resolution process:
Informal Discussion
First, we try to resolve through discussion (within 7 days)
Mediation
If unresolved, mediation by mutual consent (within 15 days)
Arbitration
Final resolution through arbitration in Ghaziabad
Termination of Services

- 30-day written notice required
- Payment for work completed
- No refund for work in progress
- Documents provided up to termination date

- Non-payment of fees
- Providing false information
- Uncooperative behavior
- Illegal/unethical requests
⚠️ Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
